Please read this before commissioning
me to avoid any confusion!By commissioning me or purchasing an adopt of mine, you are acknowledging that you have read these rules, and agree to any terms listed

General Rules:

• My prices are in USD. I use Paypal and Cashapp only!• I do not HAVE to accept a commission. I have every right to decline a commission for any reason I'd like, whether I explain my reasoning or not.• I will provide you with the information used to pay after you approve my sketch! You should always be prepared to pay by then.• I do NOT do refunds. Please be responsible with your money. I am not accountable for your mistakes or misjudgments. Ask any questions about payment when you have the chance, I will try my best to answer.• Holds are very iffy for me. I will typically allow returning customers to hold commissions slots for 2 weeks at most! Other than that, my slots will sell when someone claims them.• Please be specific with your requests! I will always ask for preferred poses or expressions, so think of some you'd like when commissioning me for basic commissions! Reference images are always welcome• Edits are only charged extra AFTER I have confirmed my sketch with you and can only be minor. Please ask for any changes WHEN I check with you (Major or minor, but within reason)• My turn around times vary! Can range anywhere from the same day to 1 month for me to completely finish. Please do not rush me! Be prepared to wait at least 2 weeks unless I say or advertise otherwise. Always ask for updates if you are concerned, I will always answer. Same day commissions are usually advertised as such.• You're free to use commissioned art however you'd like, as long as it is not harmful or disrespectful, please just credit me! My art is NEVER to be used for NFTs or AI training/generation!

Custom/Design Rules:

• There is a 1 week cooldown on rehoming my designs. While I do not heavily enforce it, I ask that you respect this rule and I AM aware when you don't• I am very iffy when allowing holds. If an adopt has been up for less than a week, I will only allow holds for up to a week. For designs older, I will allow up to 2 weeks.• My designs are NEVER to be resold for more than their original price, unless they have other purchases or art added to their value. If you have not spent anything extra on the design, do not charge extra. This includes species' MYO base values. Adopts traded for art or other designs do not have a base value, and I simply ask that you be reasonable when attempting to sell them. Designs traded for anything else (Species currency, Amino coins, etc.) cannot be sold for real currency.• When commissioning a custom from me, I ask that you're prepared to give a fairly detailed description of what you want, or at least be open to my ideas. Moodboards and random trait listing is always super helpful!!• I will not make character based designs off of small/indy company designs. I am only comfortable making designs off of bigger, well known characters. If you have any questions, feel free to ask!• Please keep in mind who you're commissioning! If you're looking for a realistic feral design, or a super edgy and complicated backrooms design, I am not your guy! I'm willing to work with all kinds of themes and colors, but the design will always be more on the cuter side.• I work best with brighter color palletes and themes! I prefer not to do simple natural animals, and I love mixing things that wouldn't normally mix! (Canine with fish traits, Feline lizard mix, etc). I love any creative ideas!• Please be willing to communicate! I try my best to ask for feedback on my design sketches and wips, so always tell me your thoughts! If you don't like something, tell me, or I can only assume it's what you want. During the initial sketch, ask for as many changes as you'd like! I give full permission for my custom sketches to be drawn on if you cannot put your requests into words, or I don't follow them properly.

I will NOT draw:

• NFSW
• Gore
• Human / Humanoids
• Mechas
• Extremely complicated designs/patterns

If you're not sure if I can draw your character or not, just ask! I will never accept a commission for a character I am unable to draw correctly.
